In "Happy Accidents," we meet Ruby Weaver (Marisa Tomei), a woman with a long string of bad relationships. Ruby likes to try to fix the men she dates, which means she winds up dating men with little or nothing to offer to the relationship. All of this changes when she meets Sam Deed (Vincent D'Onofrio). Though slightly quirky, Sam is sweet, caring, and sincere. But, Sam has a big secret - he's actually a time traveler from 400 years in the future, who has traveled back in time to avoid imprisonment for his sister's death. Ruby thinks that Sam is delusional, but is captivated by him, and once again, the opportunity to "fix" her boyfriend. What is Sam's full story, and will he and Ruby be able to find a way to be together and be happy?
