A dangerous game of cat and mouse reveals a conspiracy surrounding the death of a prominent Dutch politician. Tabloid photographer Jim de Booy, a crime scene witness, stumbles into an investigation that reveals a complex conspiracy, putting his life and the lives of everyone close to him at risk. Based on events surrounding the 2002 assassination of Pim Fortuyn, May 6th is the final masterpiece by controversial director Theo van Gogh who was murdered before this film could be theatrically released. |
