She thought her life was over until they gave her a new beginning. Abandoned by their mentally-ill mother, the Tillerman children set off in search of a place to stay. Alone, scared and with nowhere to turn, they travel cross-country to find the reclusive grandmother (Academy Award winner Anne Bancroft) they have never known. A bitter, lonely old woman, Abigail agrees to let them into her house, and finally into her heart. |
