Minoes (Carice Van Houten) is a cat that turns into a woman, but she keeps a lot of her cat like characteristics. Minoes helps a journalist called Tibbe (Theo Maassen) to get the most popular front page news stories. Minoes soon learns that the chairman of the friends for animal club doesn’t care for animals at all and he has plans to destroy the village. Minoes tries everything to get proof of this evil deed and he wants Tibbs to write about it. They are going to need all of the help they can get and all of the cats in the neighborhood are there to help.
