Inventor Kurt (Billy Crudup) hires Rick (Paul Giamatti) to help him create a rocket-powered belt. Rick has been active in the aerospace industry for 20 years but ended up unemployed. He starts to manipulate Kurt and tries to steal both his invention and his ideas. Kurt asks his best friend, Kenny (David Hornsby) to help him sell the belt. Kenny owns a mattress store and brings sales experience to the group. In the end Kurt and Kenny's friendship is being tested as business gets mixed with pleasure. |
