The film is a drama, which aims to the recent terrorist attacks in London from a Muslim policeman’s point of view, Tariq Ali (Naseeruddin Shah). Scotland Yard is always in alert because no one knows when to expect a new terrorist attack. In these tough times, Tariq is asked to take over the operation to catch a band of suspected terrorists. Tariq's job is made difficult when an innocent Muslim is killed by mistake by the Commando forces from Scotland Yard in a subway station in London. On the other hand, personal problems begin to appear in Tariq’s family and they are testing his character. Also, Tariq is visited by his nephew from Pakistan, Zaheer Khan (Mikaal Zulfikar). He is a young engineer, but he seems to have some ideologies that are too daring. The tension is maximum when Tariq himself is suspected of having links with a religious group suspected of terrorism.
