When Roy Knable (John Ritter) unknowingly sells is soul for the ultimate satalite TV system, he and his wife find themselves transported into Hellvision, hells cable network. There they must live out hellish parodies of popular movies and TV shows from the 80's and early 90's, such as "Driving Over Miss Daisy", "Duane's Underworld", and "Norther Overexposure". John Ritter even has a flash back as Jack Tripper in "Three's Company". With help form their kids, they must survive 24 hours of these and other shows in order to return home or they will become permenant residents. Good family fun. |
