Eyal (Lior Ashkenzai) works for the Israeli government doing various kinds of analysis and field work. His latest mission is to befriend the kin of a wanted Nazi war criminal who has escaped and is now at large. He struggles to even accept the mission, as recently his wife has killed herself, which has left Eyal’s life in complete disarray. Eyal takes on the mission and begins bonding with the children, as Eyal is posing as confused tourist looking to make his way around the country. He grows especially close with the young boy (Knut Berger), who forces him to look at the world in a completely different way altogether. |
