The film follows two young, attractive lesbians named Maggie (Karyn Dwyer) and Kim (Christina Cox.) they meet whilst both in Vancouver and then they’re deep, passionate romance starts to develop, soon they decide to move in together. Suddenly Maggie finds her naïve but well natured mother Lila (Wendy Crewson) is getting divorced and she’s planning on moving to Vancouver to live with her daughter. Shortly after moving Lila befriends a transsexual Judy (Peter Outerbridge) who is in the process of undergoing a sex change operation. Complication soon arise when Lila learns about Maggie’s sexuality and her relationship, and they’re group of friends. |
