Brewsters Millions. Monty Brewster (Richard Pryor) plays for a minor baseball team. He discovers that a rich relative has left him $300 million inheritance. However there is a catch in order to get the money he must spend all of $30 million in 30 days and have nothing but the shirt on his back left at the end. Assisted by his friend Spike Nolan (John Candy) he undertakes this task. Many adventures ensue including running for the mayor of New York. Can he succeed and thwart the plans of Warren Cox (Stephen Collins) to stop him? |
