Bad Boy Bubby is an Australian film that tells the story of Bubby (Nicholas Hope), a 35 year old man who has been trapped in his room by his mother Mam (Claire Benito) his entire life. She believes it is for his own good, he believes it is due to poisonous gas that envelops the planet. It is only after a visit from his estranged father Pop (Ralph Cotterill) that he is forced outside, into the world. He soon discovers that the world is not a place to fear, but a place to learn, a place to experience, and most importantly, a place to become his own person. |
