|
This movie is based on a true story. Ace (Wood Harris) is stuck in a dead end job. He wants more in life. His sister's boyfriend Calvin (Kevin Carroll), entices Ace into believing that becoming part of the drug trade will lead to fortune. Then Calvin gets locked up and Ace must take over Calvin's business. After Ace's friend Mitch (Mekhi Phifer) is released from jail, Ace enlists his help in the business. After a number of bad deals and a kidnapping of Mitch's younger brother, Ace finally decides to get out of the game. But can he do so successfully before he gets caught or even killed? |
