Mike Klein (David Duchovny) just had his dream come true. As a television producer, he has always wanted to come up with the perfect idea for a hit television show. When he finally sells his idea, he discovers that he has only just begun to get his idea on the TV set. Lenny (Sigourney Weaver) is married to her job as president of the network that bought the show. She expects everyone else to be equally devoted. Natalie Klein (Justine Bateman) is happy for her husband yet never sees him. Mike has to face the pressure of bringing his idea to fruition or risk never seeing his dreams come true.
