Saw this in the 70's on local UHF channel. Basically, a group of ex military UDT (navy seals maybe?) under Lloyd Bridges for a security/mercenary company called Survival Devices Inc. Their logo is The Flying Fish since they perform their missions airborne (High altitude sky diving) and underwater (They even have a mobile underwater base, The Igloo). They are recruited to save a scientist from a Caribbean dictator. On their first attempt, a teammate is killed and they have to find a replacement, Nico Minardos, who gets romantic with the scientist's daughter. Needless to say, everything works out the second time. Would have made a good remake, really enjoyed this on Saturday afternoons.
