“Forces of Nature” is a romantic comedy about 2 strangers, Sarah Lewis (Sandra Bullock) and Ben Holmes (Ben Affleck) who meet while getting on the same flight at an airport. Unfortunate circumstances and really bad weather require them to find alternate travel plans to get to Savannah, where Ben is soon to be married. Sarah has an equally urgent reason to get to town, and they decide to travel together, even though Ben is a practical, everyday kind of guy and Sarah is adventurous and quirky. Forced into small travel spaces, they drive each other crazy, but eventually they start to fall for each other. Along the way there are some run-ins with hilarious locals and even a bus of senior citizens. After many travel complications and outrunning a hurricane, they finally make it to Savannah. Ben and Sarah have to confront the very different relationships which brought them to Georgia, and decide if their attraction is strong enough to call off Ben’s wedding.
