In 1951, a group of West Point football players was accused of cheating. Having taken literally their coaches philosophy of “winning isn’t everything, it’s the only thing.” These guys are having trouble maintaining their GPAs until they hatch their plan. Cadet Brian Nolan (Zachery Ty Bryan) isn’t very well liked but he accidently discovers that his roommate, George Holbrook (Jeff Roop) are at the core of the scandal. When the Commandant of West Point Paul Harkins (Jude Ciccolelle) hears of what is happening, he will stop at nothing to bring the cheating to light and expose those involved. Even if it means that 83 cadets will forever be penalized.
