Long before Tinker Bell (Mae Whitman) ever met Wendy or the Lost Boys, she came in contact with a wonderful little girl named Lizzy Griffins (Lauren Mote). Lizzy was certain, as a young girl, that fairies and their pixie dust magic were real. Her certainty lead her to catch Tinker Bell in a fairy trap so that she could get to know a real fairy. After Tinker Bell is caught she and the girl become good friends, but unfortunately for both of them Lizzy's father (Michael Sheen), a scientist, becomes aware of Tinker Bell and wants to use her for scientific experiments. He attempts to take Tinker Bell to a museum to study her, but her rival Vidia (Pamela Adlon) is taken instead. Now Tinker Bell and Lizzy and several other fairies must embark on a mission to save Vidia and the entire fairy race.
