Colonel Jack Durant (Billy Zane) and Lieutenant Kathleen Nash (Lyne Renee) are enjoying their time spent in the Castle Kronberg, outside Frankfurt. The castle has been made into a country club of sorts for the victorious American officers. While in the castle, Jack and Kathleen discover the crown jewels of Germany, and are able to successfully get the gems out of the country and to New York. Later on, Princess Sophie discovers that her jewels are missing, and she complains to the American army headquarters. With pressure from numerous angles closing in on Jack and Kathleen, they are pressed to try to finish their plan and find a way to get away with the whole thing. Will they stay true to their plan, or will one or both of them try to sell out their partner?
