“The Reef” is a thrilling tale of five people who go out for some excitement on the open seas. Luke (Damian Walshe-Howling) has decided he wants to sail along the ocean for a few days. Luke invites his friends Kate (Zoe Naylor), Matt (Gyton Grantley), Suzie (Adrienne Pickering) to join him as he sets sail with the knowledgeable sailor; Warren (Kieran Darcy-Smith). However when the boat hits a rock underwater along the Barrier Reef, the five member boat crew find themselves sinking with a Great White shark that has been shadowing them since they left Sydney and is waiting in the midst to finish them off.
