Mikey Taylor (Billy Zane), once the very popular lead singer of the hot rock and roll group had lived an immoral life full of sex, drugs and dance. But after meeting Joyce (Jane Wheeler), he underwent a sea change. She is his wife for ten years. Joyce was helpful in making him sober. When the real estate market for which Joyce is working slumps, Mike has to return to writing songs for a new album. While in the Studio, he meets Matty McPherson (Estella Warren), a young and gorgeous demo singer. And, there is an immediate lure between Mike and Matty. Matty seduces Mikey and takes him back to his dark old days. Within a few days Mikey feels guilty for having cheated his good natured wife but he is unable to separate from Matty. Prompted by his friends, Mikey looks for the help of the police, but she convinces the police that she is carrying the child of Mikey. Further, to take revenge on Mikey, she abducts Joyce. If Mickey has to save Joyce, he has to yield to the wishes of Matty. Now, it is up to Mikey to select between the vice and the virtue.
