Chris Moore (Ryan Carnes), a young man with no memories of his early childhood, soon learns of his secret legacy. He discovers that his parents are not actually his real parents, but actually adoptive parents. Moore's actual father turns out to be The Phantom, a mantle that is passed down from generation to generation. Moore meets people like Renny Davidson (Cameron Goodman), who is the daughter of a police officer, and Abel Vandermaark (Jean Marchand), who knew Chris Moore's father. Eventually Chris Moore must take on the mantle of The Phantom and continue the heroic legacy. |
