Several American political stalwarts have led secret homosexual lives at the same time supporting and approving legislation against gay community. The film focuses particular attention on Idaho Senator Larry Craig (himself), a blunt rival of gay rights who in 2007 has been found guilty of disorderly conduct for imploring sex from a male secret agent in a public bathroom. Interviews with quite a few people, who claim that Florida Governor Charlie Crist has led a clandestine gay life while overtly opposing gay marriage and gay adoption, have been depicted. The film hints that Crist's 2008 marriage to Carole Rome was a tactical resolution intended to ward off attention off rumors about his sexual preference. Other politicians like Ed Schrock (himself), David Dreier (himself) etc., have also been discussed in the film.
