Eric (Steve Evets), a middle aged postman, is struggling with life. His life companion has not come back to him despite being released from prison months ago. His is left caring for his two disrespectful stepsons. His stepson Ryan (Gerard Kearns) has agreed to hide a gun for local gangster Zac (Steve Marsh). Meanwhile, Eric is caring for his granddaughter, which is forcing him to communicate with his ex-wife Lily (Stephanie Bishop). All of these challenges have about pushed Eric past the brink, so he looks to a poster of his idol, football player Eric Cantona, for help. His hallucinations while "talking" to this poster begin to give him insights on how to handle the challenges of his life. Will Eric Cantona be able to help Eric find some peace in his life?
