Ajami is a part of Jaffa and there live Arabs, Palestinians, Jews and Christians. They try to live together in a highly volatile and inflammable situation. Omar (Shahir Kabaha), who is an Israeli Arab, struggles to keep his family from eradication by a group of extortionists. He loves a pretty Christian girl, Hadir (Ranin Karim), too. However marrying her is almost impossible. Malek (Ibrahim Frege) is an unlawful Palestinian worker who tries to accumulate wealth to pay for his mother'streatment. Dando Ben David ( Eran Naim), an Israeli police man, tries his best to find out his lost brother. Binj (Scandar Copti), the friend of Malek and Omar, experiences estrangement from his society for mingling with an Israeli girl. Almost all the time, they see aggression, and face aggression.
