Small time thief Silas (James Franco) marries his parole officer's niece Camille (Sienna Miller). Silas hopes to use the ruse of the romantic honeymoon to flee the country and escape to Canada. Camille is a sweet young girl, who truly believes that the trip to Niagara Falls will change Silas for the better. On their drive to Canada, however, a reckless truck driver runs them off the road. Camille is injured, but it's unclear at first how badly. Will this freak accident affect the honeymooners on their trip, or will the results of the accident begin to teach them anything about themselves?
