Me and You and Everyone We Know focuses on a divorced shoe salesman named Richard (John Hawkes), who gets custody of his two sons, Peter (Miles Thompson) and Robby (Brandon Ratcliff). While Richard is struggling to adapt to his new life and provide for his children, he encounters a budding film director/actress named Christine (Miranda July), who develops a crush on him. However, he is reluctant to start another romance. As Richard tries to gain an understanding of his life, his sons spend a lot of time alone, and the younger begins chatting on-line with an unknown partner who may be a pedophile. |
