Lounge singer and Frank Sinatra fan Toni Cocozza (Ian Hart) -- who scratches out a living in Glasgow dives -- gets drawn into the underworld when he agrees to do "favors" for a mob kingpin in return for a chance at fame and fortune. Much to the chagrin of Toni's pretty girlfriend (Kelly Macdonald) and his pianist (Alun Armstrong), the favors begin to spiral out of control, leaving the crooner only one way out in this offbeat British crime drama. |
