Charlie Mollison (Luke Ford) is an autistic boy with a penchant for fooling around with disgusting things best left in a bathroom toilet and additionally with showing his nearly naked self to the neighborhood. Thomas Mollison (Rhys Wakefield) is Charlie's severely embarrassed younger, teenaged brother who is having a hard time trying to deal with the realities of Charlie's autism. To make matters worse, Thomas has a crush on the pretty Jackie Masters (Gemma Ward) and Charlie keeps doing all sorts of things which Thomas thinks will interfere with his plans for the girl. Surprisingly, rather than being turned off, Jackie has some lessons for Thomas to learn and they have nothing to do with what Thomas had imagined.
