Patrick Braden (played by Cillian Murphy, 28 Days Later, Batman Begins, Red Eye) has been considered strange by the residents of his small Irish town ever since he was left at the church as a baby. Later moving to swinging 1970s London to escape an unloving foster mother, the violent revolution and persecution for dressing like a woman, Patrick becomes "Kitten" and takes on a series of odd jobs. Kitten becomes obsessed with finding her biological mother, who he calls the "Phantom Lady" and searches London for her, all while avoiding the Irish Republican Army with her friend Charlie (Ruth Negga). |
