Mika Coretti (Naomie Harris) is a Europol agent who has just come upon some evidence that label the existence of 12 ninja clans that are believed to be a myth. These clans raise orphans to become deadly assassins. Meanwhile Raizo (Rain) is an assassin raised by the Ozunu Clan. While training, Raizo's love gets killed by the clan for trying to betray them. Raizo gets enraged and seeks revenge. In the process of doing so, he battles against his clan nearly killing himself. The ninja clans receive the knowledge about Mika suspecting their existence.
