Scamp (Scott Wolf), the lovable offspring of Lady and Tramp has had enough of being told what to do. He makes the big decision to be free and runs away with a group of roving dogs, called the Junkyard Dogs, in order to set his own rules in life. No more bed times. No more Mom and Dad controlling his every move. Scamp thinks he has found the perfect answer to all that ails him in life. Unfortunately, Buster (Chazz Palminteri) finds Scamp to be a rival and doesn't want him in his pack. When a sweet lady finds her way into Scamp's heart, he has to make a decision about comtinuing to live the life of freedom or settling down to raise a family. Will Tramp's blood reign in Scamp or will the love he saw between his parents convince him to settle down?
