Joe Warr’s (Clive Owen) wife Katy (Laura Fraser) dies of cancer and now it’s up to Joe to take on the responsibility of raising their 6 year old son Artie (Nicholas McAnulty) and his teenage Harry (George MacKay) from a previous marriage. Joe rejects help from other family members as he creates his own philosophy on how to be a successful parent. He is very confused and struggles to keep the family together. His sons in the meantime are just as confused as Joe is. Joe must succeed in keeping the family strong and together with his unusual philosophy or confusion of raising two sons get the best of him and pulls them apart. |
