Wallace and Gromit in Three Amazing Adventures consists of 3 independent shorts in one convenient package. The three shorts, in chronological order, are "A Grand Day Out", "The Wrong Trousers", and "A Close Shave.""A Grand Day Out" begins when Wallace and Gromit run out of cheese. Since Wallace loves cheese so much, he decides to build a rocket to the moon. Taking Gromit with him, Wallace encounters a mechanical robot who they fear is after them for stealing cheese. Secondly, "The Wrong Trousers" begins with Wallace falling through a ceiling. Whilst falling, a machine dresses Wallace. As an avid inventor, Wallace has many contraptions throughout his flat. In an attempt to alleviate his financial problems, Wallace decides to rent out a room in his flat. However, the only tenant Wallace can find is the cheeky Penguin. Knowing Wallace's inventive nature, the Penguin attempts to alter one of Wallace's inventions for his own purposes. "A Close Shave" features Wallace and Gromit in a window cleaning business, where Wallace falls in love with the wool shop owner Wendolene. Wallace attempts to woo Wendolene but in the end must choose between her or cheese.
