The Russians are coming. When his partner is killed while trying to arrest a crook, Capt. Ivan Danko (Arnold Schwarzenegger) of the Moscow police, swears to hunt down the killer. When Victor (Ed O'Ross) is picked up in New York City where he has fled, Danko is sent to bring him back. Just as Danko is about to take custody of Viktor, he escapes. So Detective Sgt. Art Ridzik is assigned to track down Viktor and Danko insists on tagging along. The two tough cops share techniques as they destroy much of the city trying to catch Viktor, who has no intention of being returned to Moscow. |
