Vertical Limit is an exciting adventure film about mountain climbing. Nature photographer Peter Garratt(Chris O'Donnell) tries to rescue his sister Annie(Robin Tunney), who is trapped in a cravasse on K2, the second highest mountain in the Himalayas, above the vertical limit, where human life cannot be sustained. Peter, already feeling guilty about his father's death in a climbing incident, doesn't know that a member of his volunteer rescue party is secretly working against him. Adding to the tension, the rescuers carry explosives with them as they make their way up the mountain. The film contains many breathtaking action sequences of climbers risking death. |
