A rescue mission deep in to the Philippines is called for when helicopter pilot Captain Amy Jennings (Theresa Randle) is taken out of the sky. General Frank Lewis (Rutger Hauer) who is placed in overall command of the rescue operation calls upon Matt Daniels (Mark Dacascos) to lead a team inside enemy territory to secure the release of Captain Jennings who is being held by terrorists. The mission is made that more critical as she has stumbled across a secret anthrax lab. It is up to Matt to seek out and destroy the lab and find the bio weapons that the terrorists possess before they have the chance to use them.
