Harold’s (Garry Shandling) planet is in jeopardy. The life blood will not survive unless Harold can find a woman on Earth to bear a child. He finds out that finding just the right woman is not easy. And once this woman is found, it is not easy to persuade her to allow him to make love with her. Susan, (Annette Bening) has some rather conservative ideas about sex. So Harold sets about to romance her. Just when he thinks the magic moment might occur, he learns that the way Earthlings have sex does not necessarily match up with his anatomy. This causes some tense moments as he quickly sends home for just the right equipment to be sent to him. Now, though, he must keep Susan interested until his emergency supplies arrive.
