A middle-aged rock star named Paul Kerr (Craig Ferguson) is living off the fame and money of his past successes. One of his former girlfriends Rebecca (Jemma Redgrave) has been married for years to another aging musician named Evil Edmonds (Joss Ackland), and they have a daughter who is extremely musical and gifted named Olivia (Charlotte Church) who wants a career as a singer in Wales. Unknown to Paul when he visits his former flame, he is the girl’s father, the issue of a short affair years earlier. When Paul has a serious motorcycle accident, Rebecca believes it is time to reveal the truth about their love child. |
