A young man one day stumbles upon a mysterious and aged golden ring. At first he believes that he will keep the ring or sell it for a great profit, but as he begins to inspect its intricacy decides he will return it to its rightful owners. This stream on conscience takes him all over the world in search of the ring’s owner and finally he is directed to a couple named Jack (Gregory Smith and Christopher Plummer) and Ethel Ann (Mischa Barton and Shirley MacLaine). The couple is an intricate part of the amazing story and journey of the ring from Ireland during World War II to their current standing in America. |
